Build and lead Hiflylabs’ People function, strategy, governance, and organizational development initiatives. Partner with senior leadership on culture, growth, change management, talent, succession, performance, compensation, career paths, recruitment, employer branding, and compliance. Lead the People Advisor team, support the mentoring framework, advise managers, and develop scalable systems for an international, distributed organization without taking over payroll or line-management responsibilities.

Lead customer-facing architecture, design, and implementation of production big data workloads on Databricks. Guide strategic customers through data engineering, model deployment, performance optimization, and technical roadmaps. Develop initiatives aligned with business goals, deliver training and tutorials, and present at hackathons or conferences. The role requires advanced Apache Spark and Databricks expertise, cloud experience, programming skills, and strong stakeholder communication.

Lead enterprise-wide data platform implementations on Databricks from ingestion through Medallion architecture and modern BI or agentic AI consumption layers. Manage delivery, Scrum ceremonies, budgets, compute costs, risks, scope, technical backlogs, and stakeholder alignment. Partner with Product Owners and Data Architects while guiding data engineering and data science teams and translating C-level business requirements into technical execution.
