Lead the school’s alumni engagement strategy, governance, programming, communications, and regional outreach. Manage the Alumni Advisory Board, signature events, young alumni initiatives, milestone programs, digital channels, and alumni communications. Establish engagement metrics, maintain performance dashboards, analyze growth opportunities, and improve data integrity in partnership with Advancement Services. Collaborate with school leadership, volunteers, donors, students, faculty, families, and advancement staff while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Invite candidates to submit a general application for the employers talent pool for future openings. This does not replace applying to posted roles; applicants will be contacted if a fit is found.

Serve as an on-call substitute for middle and upper school (grades 6-12), leading small groups, providing individual and whole-class instruction, managing classroom behavior, and completing attendance and other assigned duties. Must pass background screening, drug testing, and safety training.
