Drive enterprise revenue growth for AI security products across Southern California. Develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, create customized proposals and demonstrations, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI, strong knowledge of AI security concepts, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Partner with customers after the sale to deploy, integrate, and optimize AI security solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Provide technical guidance on Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code; troubleshoot issues; deliver training and documentation; and serve as the primary technical contact. Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to improve products and support successful scaling.

Provide post-sales technical leadership for AI security solution deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, infrastructure and networking guidance, Docker/Kubernetes integration, troubleshooting, optimization, workshops, training, documentation, and ongoing customer success ownership. Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to improve the product roadmap.
