Manages proposal development from solicitation analysis through submission, coordinating schedules, requirements, contributors, reviews, risks, and corrective actions. Writes, edits, formats, and creates graphics for persuasive technical proposals across defense, federal, international, and commercial markets. Maintains proposal libraries and document archives, applies AI-enabled workflow tools, analyzes evaluation criteria, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and ensures compliant, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Partners with Operations leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, talent development, engagement, retention, safety, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches managers, conducts investigations, supports HR programs and employment-law compliance, manages full-cycle recruiting, analyzes workforce metrics, and coordinates onboarding, accommodations, and return-to-work processes. The role is onsite in Syracuse, New York, with travel between company buildings.

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning. Partner with executives and functional leaders to evaluate performance, resource allocation, investments, profitability, and business risks. Improve FP&A systems and processes using Deltek Costpoint and other tools, integrate financial and operational data, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and the Board. This onsite role requires regular travel between Syracuse-area locations and 10% travel.
