Financial + Retirement
401(K)
Hi Marley employees may contribute 1% to 100% of gross salary on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS maximum. Employee contributions and earnings are 100% vested.

Company equity
Hi Marley offers stock options, which provide you with the opportunity to purchase Hi Marley stock. It is a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff.
