Supervise and train cleaning staff, plan and direct workflow, perform and inspect cleaning/sanitizing (including biohazard and deep cleaning), perform minor maintenance, manage supplies and keys, assist with hiring/time and performance management, and ensure facility safety and customer satisfaction.

Lead and supervise a team of cleaners to maintain and sanitize facilities per customer standards. Train staff, schedule and direct workflow, perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance, manage supplies and security, conduct inspections, and report safety or facility deficiencies. May perform specialized cleaning (biohazard, pressure washing), drive between sites, and assist with hiring and performance management.
