Manage electronic healthcare transaction enrollments across payers, clearinghouses, and trading partners. Track enrollment status, resolve issues, maintain Salesforce records, interpret requirements, and create provider-facing guides and internal procedures. Collaborate with customer success, project management, revenue cycle, and customer experience teams to improve enrollment outcomes. Identify bottlenecks, support automation and reporting, and enhance operational scalability. The hybrid role requires working from the Miami office three days weekly and up to 10% travel.
