Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area while working independently indoors and outdoors. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; automotive experience is preferred but not required.

Coordinate post-offer and pre-employment processes, schedule screenings, manage high-volume candidate tracking in an ATS, communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders, post jobs, process new hires in Workday, support recruiting projects and provide candidate support throughout hiring and onboarding.
