Operate production equipment to finish, trim, inspect, coat, laminate, and package gasket and stamping parts to customer specifications. Maintain documentation, meet efficiency and quality goals, follow safety procedures, assist teammates, and support on-time delivery.

Lead and manage the tooling department to develop, maintain, and optimize tooling. Oversee repairs, blueprint interpretation, troubleshooting, ERP traceability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Coach and develop technicians, manage staffing and performance, ensure safety and quality compliance, and support production requirements and new product design reviews.
