Teams at HGA

Supports project managers and multidisciplinary architectural teams by coordinating schedules, budgets, deliverables, meetings, documentation, invoices, resources, and project communications. Tracks action items, deadlines, dependencies, performance metrics, risks, and variances across multiple assignments. Maintains project files and serves as a liaison among internal teams, clients, and vendors while helping ensure projects are effectively planned, executed, and closed out.

Coordinate end-to-end marketing pursuits and collateral for HGA’s Healthcare sector, including RFQ/P responses, proposals, interviews, award submissions, conferences, social media, and publications. Develop and edit compelling content, collaborate with practice leaders and business developers, coordinate external marketing activities, and support strategic initiatives across teams. The role requires strong Adobe InDesign skills, attention to detail, project management, proofreading, multitasking, and knowledge of healthcare-related building types and terminology.

Lead the design of complex electrical power systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and campus facilities. Responsibilities include medium-voltage distribution, emergency power, substations, renewable energy integration, microgrids, utility coordination, and electrical system studies. The role applies NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and NETA standards, uses Revit and analysis software, presents technical solutions to clients, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and mentors emerging professionals.
