Lead and develop product engineering teams to drive product development from RFQ through production launch. Establish standardized engineering processes (DFMEA, DVP&R, ECN), support DFM/DFA and value engineering, partner with cross-functional groups, manage budgets and staffing, and drive continuous improvement, automation, AI, and digital engineering initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality program launches.
