Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations including charge capture, claims submission, denial management, payer follow-up, patient billing, and AR collections. Track and report key RCM metrics, develop billing and coding protocols, manage clearinghouse and EHR configurations, lead denial prevention and appeals, support Medicaid and payer launches, partner cross-functionally on tooling and automations, and manage 2-3 billing specialists.

Manage end-to-end medical billing operations with a focus on Medicaid: submit claims, resolve denials and appeals, coordinate with clinicians and billing partners, support payor onboarding, maintain records, generate performance reports, and assist patients with coverage and billing inquiries to maximize reimbursement and access to care.

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will manage the company's operating system, drive strategic projects, facilitate communication, and align leadership priorities with a strong commitment to healthcare access.
