Manages influencer, affiliate, publisher, and content partner relationships across international markets. The Senior Accountant oversees bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, statutory compliance, monthly management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting support, and final accounts preparation for tax returns. The role requires accurate financial recordkeeping, advanced spreadsheet skills, accounting software proficiency, data verification, knowledge of accounting standards and international statutory requirements, and strong written and verbal English communication.

Supports the maintenance, configuration, security, and uptime of computer systems and networks. Installs and troubleshoots operating systems, applications, hardware, patches, firmware, and network devices. Manages domains, SSL certificates, IT assets, user access, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection. Maintains technical documentation, inventories, and procedures while resolving connectivity and system issues. The role also requires effective prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.

Execute international email campaigns, manage monthly calendars, build and audit automated lifecycle flows, and coordinate with Design, QA, Product, and Development teams. Segment customers, monitor deliverability, analyze churn and campaign performance, and report metrics including opens, clicks, and revenue. Recommend improvements to strengthen retention and identify new automation opportunities across multiple websites.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft/Bing, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Responsibilities include campaign planning, performance monitoring, budget and bid optimization, conversion tracking, A/B testing, data analysis, reporting, and developing strategies to improve ROAS, sales, and revenue growth.
