Own Hexmodal’s E-Lights emergency lighting product across hardware, firmware, certification, releases, pilots, deployment, customer feedback, roadmap, and post-launch support. Serve as the product subject matter expert, manage UL 924 and NFPA compliance, define testing and documentation, translate customer needs into PRDs, and partner with engineering, sales, operations, and customers. The role will progressively expand into product discovery, strategy, market evaluation, unit economics, margin improvement, and P&L ownership.

Own Hexmodal’s environmental sensor suite across hardware and firmware requirements, releases, pilots, deployments, calibration, accuracy, customer feedback, documentation, and roadmap strategy. Manage regulated validation and certification workstreams, post-launch customer experience, fleet health, and compliance reporting. Partner with engineering, customers, sales, and support while developing product processes, unit economics, market expansion plans, and eventual P&L ownership.

Own the application product roadmap, prioritizing cross-product and platform features across customer needs, engineering capacity, and business goals. Build customer discovery, feedback, analytics, and prioritization processes from scratch; conduct interviews; define PRDs; coordinate with engineering, support, customer success, and product-line PMs; and ensure application UX consistency. Over time, own engagement, retention, platform strategy, firmware integration, and post-release customer outcomes.
