Leads complex quality programs, audits, corrective actions, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for aerospace composite manufacturing. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve product conformity, process capability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Analyzes quality metrics, applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, manages regulatory and customer audits, supports quality systems, and mentors quality personnel.

Provides engineering support for advanced composite-material manufacturing processes. Develops reliable processes, resolves deviations through root cause analysis, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and supports process control documentation, work instructions, MES/MRP systems, and new product introduction. Collaborates with quality, operations, maintenance, research, product management, and supply chain while emphasizing safety, quality, cost, delivery, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Engineering Interns complete assigned projects across manufacturing, project, safety, quality, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Responsibilities include analyzing composite-material manufacturing processes, testing electrical and mechanical components, conducting data analysis, inspecting equipment, supporting safety improvements, and developing cost proposals and schedules. Interns rotate through key engineering areas and contribute to process and productivity improvements.
