Teams at Hexcel Corporation

Conduct research and develop aerospace composite materials, processing technologies, fabrication equipment, and demonstrator parts. Support customers by advising on Hexcel materials and manufacturing processes, evaluate proposals, author technical responses, and investigate emerging technologies. Collaborate with customers, academia, production, marketing, and R&D teams; publish technical papers and represent Hexcel at conferences. The role requires hands-on composite manufacturing expertise and up to 20% travel.

Coordinates global mobility programs and U.S. employment compliance processes, including international assignments, relocations, immigration services, compliance records, audits, employee notices, policy administration, reporting, and vendor management. Partners with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external providers while supporting employees and managers throughout mobility activities. Maintains sensitive employee data, compliance calendars, employment eligibility records, and audit readiness controls.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and the Stamford corporate site. Leads employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, change management, recruiting, compensation guidance, and employee engagement initiatives. Advises and coaches senior leaders, uses workforce data to identify risks and opportunities, and ensures consistent, compliant HR program execution across functions.
