Teams at HexArmor

Field-based sales specialist responsible for growing HexArmor footwear sales within an assigned territory through new business development, account management, product education, merchandising, and territory planning. Travel extensively (50-70%), train retail staff, present product demonstrations, execute regional marketing and retail initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to support distribution and meet sales targets.

Drive end-user awareness, trials, and adoption of HexArmor safety footwear by engaging customers, conducting demos and wear trials, qualifying leads, managing opportunities in CRM, and collaborating with distributors, retailers, and internal sales teams to convert interest into sales.

Manage the full lifecycle of glove and below-the-neck PPE products: lead product development, supplier negotiations, procurement, market analysis, production coordination, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, training, and financial performance to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.
