Qualify inbound and outbound product leads, manage prospects through the sales cycle, maintain opportunity pipelines, recommend PPE solutions, manage product trials, and update CRM records. Provide product support on inventory, pricing, and product information while engaging prospects through phone, email, chat, and social channels. Use Salesforce, sales enablement tools, and Tableau reporting to maximize prospecting and sales efforts.
