Supports business systems and continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, SOP development, Lean and 5S analysis, functional requirements documentation, system testing, data analysis, project tracking, stakeholder communications, and go-live readiness. The intern will work cross-functionally across operations, supply chain, finance, product, marketing, and sales, while completing a capstone project and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Leads intake, prioritization, tracking, and completion of R&D projects and technical data requests. Coordinates engineers, technicians, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing 60+ active projects. Develops reporting, dashboards, workflow tools, and data systems; analyzes technical data; supports laboratory testing, quality systems, standards, compliance, training, and process improvements. Maintains data integrity and communicates actionable findings to R&D leadership.

Supports learning and talent initiatives through training coordination, LMS administration, learning reports, instructional materials, employee development projects, best-practice research, and learning communications. The intern collaborates with HR professionals and business leaders on learning pathways, LMS engagement, content modernization, skills mapping, and talent development projects.
