Serves as the primary finance partner for the EMEA Mining Division, owning regional forecasts, budgets, financial planning, variance analysis, margin reviews, sales incentive calculations, and management reporting. Provides commercial insights, process improvement recommendations, governance support, and strategic guidance to regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Supports compliance with IFRS and local requirements while managing deadlines, including month-end close.

Plans and delivers complex mining-system deployments, coordinating with project managers, customers, sales, and technical teams. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing systems, supporting software, troubleshooting integrated-system issues, conducting onsite installations, managing risks and escalations, maintaining documentation, and reporting project status. The role requires engineering expertise, database and Linux experience, strong communication, customer relationship skills, and travel to client sites locally, nationally, and internationally.

Supports software and Linux environments, relational databases, and customer-specific solutions. Coordinates with project managers, customers, sales, and technical teams; escalates issues, manages risks, reports project status, and ensures safety, regulatory, documentation, and quality compliance. The role requires onsite client support and local, national, and international travel.
