Support Hexa Scale’s venture investment process by screening inbound leads, identifying prospective software companies, conducting market and competitive research, interviewing market experts, analyzing business models and growth plans, and supporting investment and due diligence calls. The role also contributes to outbound sourcing tools, deal-flow generation, and preparation of investment opportunity analyses.

Serve as the operational backbone for Hexa’s AI-native studio, owning go-to-market execution for portfolio companies, including positioning, pricing, customer acquisition, experiments, and operating systems. Maintain company rhythms, coordinate founders and Hexa functions, scope new opportunities, build the founder pipeline, support studio visibility, and improve shared workflows. The role requires hands-on startup execution, high agency, bilingual French and English communication, and enthusiasm for AI and early-stage company building.

Build and ship AI-powered products for litigation lawyers. Responsibilities include designing agentic workflows, processing complex legal documents, developing data pipelines, evaluating model outcomes, improving quality, latency, and cost, and building reliable backend infrastructure. The role involves taking AI experiments into production, collaborating with founders and users, and owning projects from exploration through deployment.
