As an Embedded System Lead Engineer, you will take technical ownership of hardware and software for autonomous maritime platforms, focusing on efficient design, integration, and operational reliability at sea.

Lead holding-level financing strategy and banking relations, manage treasury and cap allocation, own cap table and investor reporting, build financial models, manage a small finance team, and support Hexa Scale deal-making through due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, incentive design, and board participation.

Build and scale backend services, integrations and AI-powered workflows for an insurance-focused product. Own features end-to-end, improve system reliability, performance and observability, work with unstructured data and production constraints, and collaborate closely with founders and users to turn feedback into shipped product improvements.
