Lead a five-person AI-native backend and distributed systems team building scalable platform services, database connectors, and data pipelines. Lead and scale Hevo’s global Technical Account Management function across onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and customer health. Own retention and expansion metrics, create lifecycle playbooks, build dashboards and health-scoring systems, hire and develop TAMs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance. The role serves technical data teams and requires improving customer outcomes through analytics, advocacy, automation, and scalable post-sales processes.
