Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma, maintain and contribute to the design system, explore UX/UI directions, use AI tools for research and prototyping, collaborate with product and engineering, and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability principles.

Own the reliability, scalability, observability, security, and cost optimization of production infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. Design observability systems, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and multi-tenant Kubernetes environments. Lead incident management, on-call practices, postmortems, capacity planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Mentor platform engineers and influence technical direction across engineering teams.

Own Hevo’s GRC program, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, risk assessments, vendor due diligence, policies, evidence collection, and compliance reporting. Serve as the customer-facing security and compliance expert by responding to questionnaires, supporting sales calls, and explaining technical controls. Partner with engineering and security teams to close compliance gaps and use GRC platforms to automate monitoring and evidence collection.
