Own the reliability, scalability, observability, security, and cost optimization of production infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. Design observability systems, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and multi-tenant Kubernetes environments. Lead incident management, on-call practices, postmortems, capacity planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Mentor platform engineers and influence technical direction across engineering teams.

Own Hevo’s GRC program, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, risk assessments, vendor due diligence, policies, evidence collection, and compliance reporting. Serve as the customer-facing security and compliance expert by responding to questionnaires, supporting sales calls, and explaining technical controls. Partner with engineering and security teams to close compliance gaps and use GRC platforms to automate monitoring and evidence collection.

Technical Recruiter responsible for partnering with engineering leaders, evaluating candidates’ technical contributions and problem-solving abilities, conducting structured technical pre-screens, and building pipelines of senior engineers across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure.
