Provide HR administrative support including full-cycle payroll and benefits (open enrollment), timekeeping maintenance, answering and routing calls, filing insurance claims, managing office supplies, assisting recruiting and onboarding, and maintaining confidentiality and office safety. Perform additional clerical duties as needed.

Perform fiberglass layup, gelcoat/paint application, finishing, structural and cosmetic repairs, and hazardous-waste handling in a production environment. Operate hand tools and equipment, assist with moving tanks (forklift/crane), follow diagrams and safety procedures, and maintain clean work areas. Complete training and support teammates; comply with PPE and disposal regulations.
