Trainee role to prepare for Branch Manager by supporting location sales, customer service, fleet and facility operations, finance and reporting, and leadership development. Duties include vehicle preparation, lot management, assisting with inventory and compliance, learning CRM and sales techniques, scheduling, and coaching team members to meet performance goals.

Manager Trainee supports location performance and learns all aspects of branch operations including sales, customer service, fleet logistics, vehicle/facility care, finance processes, reporting, and leadership. Shadow managers, develop team leadership and scheduling skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12-18 months.
