Lead the Franchise Transformation Office, orchestrating corporate-to-franchise conversions and franchise-platform capability development. Own integrated planning, governance, readiness, risks, dependencies, communications, change management, investment tracking, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, drive decisions and issue resolution, establish transformation routines, and transition capabilities into steady-state operations. Build and develop the Transformation Office team while ensuring transaction waves and future-state capabilities launch successfully.

Design, build, test, and maintain high-volume, low-latency backend applications. Lead software development across the full lifecycle, analyze requirements, create technical designs and documentation, resolve technical issues, propose infrastructure improvements, and support architectural reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives while applying modern development practices and cloud technologies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing web, mobile, e-commerce, and platform projects. Manage roadmaps, cross-functional teams, Agile delivery, releases, integrations, governance, risks, launches, and post-release stabilization. Partner with product, engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, support, and operations teams while tracking adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
