Lead delivery of commercial data sources, build data models, implement Databricks, create Tableau dashboards and reports, partner with business and IT to translate requirements, conduct analysis to improve data quality, and provide training and support for commercial decision-making.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and talent sourcing, run hiring events and job fairs, maintain ATS records, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers, and ensure hiring compliance and positive candidate experience.

Learns and supports rental branch operations, including sales, customer service, fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, compliance, scheduling, team communication, and performance coaching. Builds customer relationships, resolves concerns, supports branch goals, and develops leadership skills for potential promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months.
