Lead and manage non-exempt airport staff to optimize operating performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and employee culture. Serve as Hertz liaison and single point of contact for fleet partners. Manage accounts, support fleet account managers and new-hire trainings, assist through rental lifecycle from reservation to invoice, develop process improvements, and communicate with VP/C-level stakeholders to grow revenue and market share.

Lead and grow Hertz's Financial Institution partnerships, driving revenue, innovation, and operational excellence. Manage partner relationships, cross-functional execution, and a high-performing team while identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating complex contracts.
