The Technical Sales Manager will drive the commercialization of steelmaking technology, build relationships with customers, and translate technical concepts into value propositions, supporting the sales cycle and business development efforts.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; build and maintain financial models and forecasts; support compliance and investor reporting; partner with operations, engineering, accountants, and VP Finance to strengthen controls and translate factory-level drivers into financial insight.

Develop, validate, and analyze multi-phase CFD models (ANSYS Fluent) for high-temperature steelmaking; set boundary conditions, optimize meshing, import/manipulate CAD, script data processing, communicate results, and integrate findings into equipment design while collaborating with research, engineering, operations, and vendors.
