Owns general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, compliance, investor reporting, and internal controls. Partners with finance leadership, outside accountants, and cross-functional teams to investigate variances, support audit readiness, manage contractual obligations, and understand factory operations driving financial results.

Manage end-to-end technical recruiting, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and applicant communication. Develop recruiting strategies, create job descriptions, collaborate with hiring managers, attend recruiting events, and support candidate lifecycle processes. The role focuses on hiring technical professionals such as mechanical engineers, metallurgists, and process engineers.

The Technical Sales Manager will drive the commercialization of steelmaking technology, build relationships with customers, and translate technical concepts into value propositions, supporting the sales cycle and business development efforts.
