Leads international marketing strategy across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM for direct, distributor, and wholesale channels. Responsibilities include managing multi-currency budgets, retailer media campaigns, trade marketing, localized content, visual merchandising, seasonal go-to-market launches, trade fairs, showrooms, events, vendors, and external freelancers. The role ensures global brand consistency while adapting marketing programs to regional markets and analyzing campaign ROI.

Provides global end-user IT support across corporate offices and retail stores. Responsibilities include ticket triage, hardware and software troubleshooting, user onboarding and offboarding, account and access administration, device deployment and asset tracking, meeting-room AV support, POS and network troubleshooting, endpoint security compliance, and escalation of complex infrastructure or security issues.

Manage customer accounts receivable, including credit assessments, new account setup, collections, payment application, reconciliation, chargeback support, and aging maintenance. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, senior accounting staff, customers, and sales representatives while maintaining accurate records and resolving delinquent or disputed accounts.
