Provides operational, administrative, and systems support for North American wholesale sales. Responsibilities include managing B2B ATS communications, MAP policy monitoring, custom order coordination, sales reporting, SKU and account data across NuOrder and SPS Commerce, sample fulfillment, showroom management, key account support, and sales process improvement.

Coordinates product flow and inventory accuracy across third-party logistics partners. Monitors warehouse production and SLAs, processes ERP inventory transactions, reconciles ERP and WMS balances, tracks shipments, resolves e-commerce exceptions, supports retail replenishment and fulfillment, allocates invoices, prepares operational reports, and implements process improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams and external warehouse partners across domestic and international logistics operations.

Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for salaried and hourly employees across Canada, the USA, UK, and APAC. Responsibilities include timecard review, payroll inputs, statutory filings, benefits enrollment, RRSP and 401(k) administration, HiBob HRIS maintenance, employee support, financial reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and audit compliance.
