Provides operational, administrative, and systems support for North American wholesale sales. Responsibilities include managing B2B ATS communications, MAP policy monitoring, custom order coordination, sales reporting, SKU and account data across NuOrder and SPS Commerce, sample fulfillment, showroom management, key account support, and sales process improvement.

Coordinates product flow and inventory accuracy across third-party logistics partners. Monitors warehouse production and SLAs, processes ERP inventory transactions, reconciles ERP and WMS balances, tracks shipments, resolves e-commerce exceptions, supports retail replenishment and fulfillment, allocates invoices, prepares operational reports, and implements process improvements.
