Leads student discipline, behavior interventions, conduct investigations, documentation, due process, family communication, crisis response, and student activities. Coaches teachers on behavioral strategies, identifies attendance and behavior trends, coordinates with counselors and administrators, supports mandatory reporting and student services, and helps maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. The role also participates in school events, IEP meetings, staff development, and Summer Academy programming.

Provide strategic leadership for student conduct, attendance, family partnership, and student leadership development. Oversee behavioral policies, investigate attendance and abuse concerns, manage disciplinary processes, coordinate student activities, support faculty, and maintain school operations and communication to ensure a safe, inclusive, and academically productive school environment.
