Manages contractor teams responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting telecommunications network infrastructure from POPs to customer premises. Oversees daily execution plans, resources, safety protocols, quality controls, KPIs, contractor performance, and operational meetings. Partners with area, customer, and supplier teams to resolve issues, improve network health, and align local operations with broader network strategies. Coaches contractors and ensures work meets company standards.

Implement, support and maintain network systems; build network automation tools; document designs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; manage vendors; troubleshoot hardware/software; test systems in lab environments.

Manage and develop contractor teams to deploy, maintain, and ensure health of network infrastructure from POP to customer premises. Own operational plans, KPIs, QC, reporting, coaching, and cross-team coordination to deliver high-quality field installations and customer experience.
