Maintain and monitor internal systems, administer user accounts and AD/Azure AD, manage SharePoint/Teams, perform Windows Server and DNS administration, ensure system security and updates, automate tasks, support and train internal teams, and document standards and procedures.

Assist senior technicians with installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of fibre optic and wireless systems. Perform site surveys, signal scans and throughput tests, mount brackets and cable runs, recover CPE, support callout repairs, maintain vehicle stock and tools, and follow health and safety procedures.

Assist senior technicians with fibre-optic and wireless site surveys, installations, CPE recovery, callout repairs, tool/equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety while working at heights and in confined spaces.
