As Head of Sales, you will build and scale the sales organization, drive revenue through hands-on selling, develop go-to-market strategies, refine sales processes, and manage a growing team while partnering with key stakeholders.

Own day-to-day operational finance: end-to-end accounts receivable and billing, month-end burn and revenue reconciliation, investor-grade revenue reporting and retention metrics (GRR/NRR), support FP&A and forecasting, automate repetitive finance workflows, and use AI/LLMs to scale processes and analyze product-driven revenue.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate pipeline: qualify leads, book demos, support/lead trials, follow up, track pipeline in CRM, and experiment with GTM activities to grow revenue.
