Build, test, and maintain automated data delivery jobs and CI/CD workflows that move data between internal systems, APIs, and integration partners. Retrieve, transform, validate, monitor, and troubleshoot data pipelines, write scripts/services, add alerting, participate in code reviews, and document integrations.

Own the full commercial contracting lifecycle and broader legal operations. Draft, review, and negotiate services, licensing, privacy, and tech agreements; lead deal design with Sales and partners; assess contract risk and recommend mitigations; build templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes; maintain contract calendars and support internal training. Partner with senior leadership, Channel & Alliances, and external counsel on complex transactions and compliance.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of ~60-70 smaller EMEA accounts: own renewals end-to-end, run kickoff calls, maintain accurate Salesforce account and forecast data, flag at-risk renewals, escalate complex issues, and surface expansion opportunities to senior team members.
