Assists the Operations Manager in running front-office processes at a pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payroll and employee-file administration, front-desk supervision, patient payment plans, insurance letters, staff development, process improvement, and maintaining a clean practice environment.

Provides orthodontic diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and patient education for children. The orthodontist educates patients, caregivers, staff, and referring providers; supports oral-health habits; participates in team activities and community promotion; and helps deliver compassionate services to underserved children. The role requires a valid dental license, American Board of Orthodontics eligibility or certification, and the ability to maintain Medicaid and NPI credentials. Schedule is one day per week or three to four days per month.

Provides Saturday-only optometric care, including eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment of vision conditions, treatment planning, referrals, patient education, medical documentation, and staff guidance. The role also supports practice goals, staff development, and patient service while maintaining current knowledge of vision treatment techniques.
