Lead Orthodontic Assistant responsible for optimizing patient flow, training and leading orthodontic assistants, educating patients/guardians, supporting schedules, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and participating in hiring and evaluations to deliver high-quality care to underserved children.

Provide chair-side orthodontic assistance (banding, bonding, archwires, appliance delivery/removal), record patient medical history in the EHR, maintain clinic cleanliness, collaborate with the care team, and support other duties to serve pediatric patients.
