Provides chair-side orthodontic assistance, including fitting bands, bonding, placing archwires, delivering appliances, and removing braces. Records patient medical histories in the EHR, supports patient and family care, maintains a clean practice environment, and performs related duties. Requires state-compliant radiology training, BLS CPR certification, strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and preferably prior dental office experience and e-ClinicalWorks knowledge.

Record patient medical histories in the EHR, collaborate with the care team, support patient and family experiences, maintain a clean practice, and perform additional duties supporting pediatric dental and orthodontic care.

Assists the Operations Manager in running a pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing front-office processes, employee files, insurance verification, timesheets, payroll submission, payment plans, patient flow, insurance letters, and front-desk staff supervision. The role also supports team development, process improvement, practice cleanliness, and compassionate patient service.
