Installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, secures, and maintains local and wide area networks. Manages network hardware, wireless systems, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, access controls, and intrusion detection. Develops documentation, supports infrastructure projects, resolves complex technical issues, participates in on-call incident response, and applies current networking technologies and NIST guidelines.

Build, automate, secure, and support enterprise IT, ICS, IoT, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, AWS, Azure, virtualization, networks, and cross-platform endpoints. Develop infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD workflows using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and C#. Resolve advanced escalations, improve uptime and security, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cybersecurity, software, and operations teams in regulated defense environments.

Supports aerospace vehicle integration, flight-test planning, system checkout, telemetry monitoring, troubleshooting, test-data analysis, and development of test hardware, tooling, wiring, instrumentation, and automation scripts. Collaborates with engineers, technicians, and pilots to prepare and execute safe, repeatable vehicle tests. The internship provides hands-on exposure to rapid hardware development and flight-test operations.
