Hermeus is seeking a Senior Software or Site Reliability Engineer to build infrastructure for business-critical development and test facilities. Responsibilities include designing and implementing infrastructure for hardware and software development, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring system availability and security.
Improve site strategy for logistics operations, analyze inventory data for process optimization, lead inventory team, develop sourcing strategies, manage compliance procedures, support material transfers, coordinate with logistics providers, and facilitate communication between internal and external parties.
Principal Propulsion Engineer at Hermeus responsible for engine development efforts for hypersonic vehicles. Lead design, analysis, manufacturing, and flight operations of propulsion components. Required background in aerospace/mechanical engineering with expertise in jet or rocket propulsion. Must demonstrate mastery of engineering fundamentals and have experience in ground and flight testing. Desired experience includes working with Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and ANSYS, as well as certification of hardware for flight operations.
