Designs HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, laboratory, high-rise, and critical-environment facilities. Responsibilities include load and system calculations, equipment selection, duct and pipe layouts, energy and sustainability design, specifications, controls, CAD coordination, shop drawing review, client and project-team coordination, quality control, value engineering, and field support. The role is hybrid but may require project-site presence and outdoor work depending on project needs.

Provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, including onboarding, I-9 processing, background checks, drug screens, employee file maintenance, EEO data updates, employment verifications, terminations, exit interviews, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation. The role is onsite and requires strong communication, organization, customer service, time management, and attention to detail.

Own enterprise business analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across processes, data, and Microsoft-based solutions. Facilitate stakeholder discovery, map current and future processes, conduct D365 fit-gap analysis, write requirements and specifications, define reporting rules, create test cases, coordinate UAT, validate defects, document procedures, support training, and measure post-deployment outcomes. The role is fully remote, supports multiple initiatives, and requires strong business acumen, data literacy, and process modeling skills.
