Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound prospecting, market research, and lead-generation tools. Build relationships, conduct introductory meetings, deliver solution-based presentations, and respond to inquiries. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to advance opportunities, submit qualified leads, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and provide weekly activity and pipeline reports.

Coordinates domestic and international freight shipments from pickup through delivery. Works with customers, carriers, suppliers, and terminals to schedule transportation, track cargo, negotiate rates, verify charges, manage margins, and resolve service issues. Maintains shipment data in transportation management systems and customer portals, vets carriers, and supports air freight, drayage, and supply chain optimization activities.
