Teams at Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc.

Develops new sales leads, reconnects with lost customers, conducts outbound calls, manages customer relationships, processes orders, and supports outside sales. Prepares demonstrations, presentations, and proposals while tracking activity and performance in CRM systems. Collaborates with credit, lead generation, and sales enablement teams to increase revenue, maintain accurate records, and improve customer service. Occasional travel to trade shows and industry events is required.

Drives B2B sales growth across an assigned territory by retaining and expanding customer accounts, winning new business, executing sales plans, and managing vendor promotions. Builds customer and stakeholder relationships, supports branch operations, monitors performance, and uses market and customer data to optimize results. The role manages a multi-million-dollar territory, represents the company at industry events, and requires extensive travel within the territory.

Participates in a 9–12-month management trainee program covering warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. Receives hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development while preparing for Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager roles. Trainees must demonstrate leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, and accountability, and be willing to relocate for training and future promotions.
