Support the sales team by managing RFQs and the sales pipeline, preparing accurate quotes, coordinating with technical teams, tracking opportunities through approval, providing overflow support during high volume, and identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop new leads and rebuild lost customer relationships in the Pool/Landscape industry through proactive outbound calls, CRM-driven account management, order processing, presentations, and collaboration with sales, credit, and lead generation teams. Maintain accurate records, drive digital adoption, attend occasional trade events, and deliver excellent customer service to grow revenue.

Lead design and delivery of partner integrations (API and EDI), onboard partners, build reusable APIs/EDI pipelines, ensure scalability, observability, security, and DevOps. Manage and mentor an Agile engineering team, drive API-first and AI-enabled engineering practices, and partner with business teams to support order-to-cash and fulfillment workflows.
