Teams at Heritage Pointe

Leads marketing and sales strategy for a senior living community, focusing on occupancy, sales performance, lead conversion, and resident move-ins. Builds relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Oversees marketing campaigns, events, website presence, CRM pipelines, and performance reporting. Collaborates with community and regional leadership, mentors sales staff, and provides market insight on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning.

Provides clerical and administrative support for the Administration department, including phone coverage, filing, document retrieval, correspondence, meeting and travel scheduling, minutes, office supply management, equipment coordination, event planning, and community event filming. Responds to administrative inquiries and supports managers, supervisors, reception, and cross-functional teams.

Leads community marketing and sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. Manages inquiries, tours, follow-ups, lead records, sales closures, community events, educational seminars, networking, advertising, public relations, and weekly marketing reports. Develops strategies and 90-day plans with management, maintains accurate inquiry data, and ensures consistent follow-up. Requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of marketing or sales experience, and preferably management experience.
