The role focuses on leading a customer-service-oriented team, supporting residents and families, and applying strong assessment, organizational, communication, and independent-working skills. Candidates must complete an accredited nursing program, maintain an Illinois LPN license, and demonstrate computer literacy. Long-term care experience is preferred.
