Manage daily clinic operations and serve as clinical point of contact for physicians, staff, and patients. Oversee staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, new-hire clinical orientation, and local implementation of clinical workflows. Provide performance feedback, lead staff huddles, maintain clinical supplies/equipment, and ensure quality patient experience and compliance with policies.

Supervise clinical and front office staff for an outpatient OB/GYN clinic, support patient flow and triage, provide hands-on clinical coverage as needed, coordinate staffing and training, drive workflow improvements, and ensure compliance with infection control and documentation standards.

Provide clinical, clerical, and administrative nursing care in a urogynecology clinic. Perform patient assessments, assist providers, document in electronic health records, maintain certifications (BLS/ACLS), and support a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment while meeting physical demands of patient handling.
