Part-time fall intern (15-20 hrs/week) will perform outbound cold calls to business owners/executives, introduce the firm, qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, maintain outreach records and metrics in HubSpot CRM, and support pipeline management and follow-up efforts.

Support deal execution for platform and add-on acquisitions: evaluate opportunities, perform market research and diligence, build financial models and forecasts, prepare investment materials (IOIs, LOIs, memos), manage diligence workstreams and data rooms, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and support negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoffs.

Work with the investment team on deal sourcing, industry research, financial and commercial due diligence, and data management. Help frame investment theses, analyze target companies, support diligence processes, and assist on operational and strategic initiatives during a 10-week on-site summer program.
