Leads ERP implementations and upgrades across a portfolio of companies, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and external implementation partners. Partners with finance and accounting teams to define requirements, transition from legacy systems, improve reporting, and standardize implementation practices. Advises on full implementations versus targeted upgrades and reports progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Supports operational integration initiatives across portfolio companies by coordinating ERP, field service, CRM, reporting, workflow, and process implementations. Travels onsite to document workflows, identify gaps, assist with system rollouts, develop SOPs and dashboards, coordinate training and action items, and support newly acquired company onboarding. The role partners with leadership, vendors, and field teams to improve consistency, visibility, communication, and operational execution across multiple projects.

Leads go-to-market system implementations across portfolio companies. Responsibilities include building HubSpot CRM architectures, attribution and revenue reporting, inbound and outbound pipeline systems, integrations, automations, AI-enabled workflows, and standardized GTM playbooks. The role partners with executives, drives adoption, documents repeatable processes, hires and supports GTM Engineers, and connects marketing and sales activity to pipeline, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and customer economics.
