Supports M&A diligence and financial integration while overseeing bookkeeping and finance teams. Reports to the platform CEO and holding company CFO.

Own commercial growth across a portfolio of fencing and industrial-services businesses. Build general-contractor relationships, reactivate dormant accounts, identify market white space, launch new service lines, and create repeatable go-to-market playbooks. Partner with general managers, lead customer meetings, coach teams, establish pipeline discipline, and implement CRM-based sales processes. The role requires a hands-on, relationship-driven hunter who can operate independently in a growing private-equity-backed platform.

Support deal execution for platform and add-on acquisitions: evaluate opportunities, perform market research and diligence, build financial models and forecasts, prepare investment materials (IOIs, LOIs, memos), manage diligence workstreams and data rooms, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and support negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoffs.
