Supports enterprise healthcare applications through configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades, user management, documentation, training, and security administration. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors, validates application data, develops procedures, evaluates technologies, and resolves software access and operational issues. It requires travel between healthcare locations in North Idaho and occasional work in clinic environments.

Provide patient-centered pharmacy services including medication dispensing, counseling, medication therapy management, and clinical support. Ensure compliance with laws and policies, maintain accurate records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver excellent customer service in clinic and community pharmacy settings.
