Reconciles billing with contracts, manifests, service records, and operational data; resolves customer billing inquiries and discrepancies; maintains audit-ready records; supports accounts receivable, reporting, billing automation, compliance, and system improvements.

Oversee the success and operations of regional branches by driving sales performance, meeting quotas, managing pricing, developing personnel, and promoting safety. Train and coach branch managers and employees, monitor business results, identify performance issues, implement solutions, develop sales incentives, support hiring, and collaborate with regional and field-service leaders.
