Teams at Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles through strategic sourcing, community partnerships, recruitment events, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct initial candidate engagement and screening, support recruiters, coordinate sourcing campaigns, maintain records in recruiting systems, track conversion metrics, and report on pipeline health and campaign effectiveness. Serve as an employer brand ambassador and strengthen workforce partnerships.

Develops and leads internal communications initiatives for 4,000 employees, managing intranet, digital signage, email, and other communication channels. Creates written, video, web, social, and event content; coordinates town halls and culture activities; supports employee listening, recognition, and engagement programs; and analyzes communication performance to recommend improvements. Requires at least three years of employee communications experience and proficiency with Microsoft platforms.

Supports accounts receivable and monthly accounting activities, including account reconciliations, billing issue resolution, journal entries, cash receipts, credit card processing, and audit support. Maintains Self-Direction accounting records, vendors, prepaid expenses, and payable batches. Calculates rental updates and maintains CRO billing data, prepares fuel tax returns, and assists with revenue improvement projects. Provides backup support to the accounts receivable team.
