Leads a community-based behavioral health services team while providing clinical and administrative supervision. At least 60% of services occur off-site in homes and community settings.

Provides person-centered support to adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability at a behavioral health drop-in center. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assessing needs, setting goals, connecting individuals with housing, healthcare, behavioral health, substance use, education, and employment resources, documenting interactions, coordinating care, advocating for clients, and responding to crises through de-escalation. The role promotes dignity, empowerment, recovery, cultural humility, confidentiality, and self-determination.

Provides peer recovery support to adults with mental health and substance use challenges using lived experience to build trust, encourage wellness, and connect individuals with treatment, housing, employment, and community resources. Supports the Mobile Crisis Response Team during behavioral health crises, assists with safety planning and service linkage, advocates for client preferences, documents interactions, maintains confidentiality, and participates in training and supervision.

Provides peer mentoring, recovery coaching, advocacy, resource navigation, and transition support to adults with mental health or substance use challenges. Builds trusting relationships using lived experience, promotes recovery and resilience, connects clients with community resources and support groups, documents services, protects confidentiality, and collaborates with clinical and community partners. Work occurs in homes, healthcare settings, social service agencies, and other community environments.

Supports community members in accessing behavioral health telehealth services. Helps clients complete individualized assessments and treatment plans with clinicians, provides telehealth technology education, conducts community outreach, connects clients with resources, advocates for their needs, coordinates with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and documents interactions and progress.

Administer and monitor medications for adults in a Medication Assisted Recovery program. Conduct nursing assessments, provide medication training and health education, document care in electronic health records, coordinate primary and behavioral healthcare, and collaborate with providers and treatment teams. Maintain client confidentiality and compliance with CARF, DEA, SAMHSA, and Illinois requirements while using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices.

The Director of Nursing leads nursing operations across behavioral health, primary care, residential, crisis, and medication-assisted recovery programs. Responsibilities include supervising nursing leaders, staffing and scheduling, clinical quality oversight, compliance, infection control, medication processes, documentation, workforce development, crisis support, and continuous improvement. The role requires an active Illinois RN license, BSN, five years of nursing experience, and two years of leadership experience.

Provides individualized, community-based behavioral health and recovery support to adults, with a specialized focus on Veterans. Responsibilities include skill-building, symptom monitoring, resource navigation, healthcare coordination, crisis response, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Services are primarily delivered in clients’ homes and community settings, incorporating military-culture awareness and support for navigating VA services.

Provides community-based support to adults with serious mental illness through home visits, assessments, independent living skills training, coping strategies, medication education, benefits assistance, and resource coordination. Maintains an assigned caseload, collaborates with clinical and community partners, documents services in the electronic health record, and participates in supervision and team coverage. Regular local travel to clients’ homes and community settings is required.

Provides peer support, advocacy, outreach, case management, and service linkage to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. The role delivers in-person, telephone, and virtual support; helps clients access treatment and community resources; maintains referral relationships; and collaborates with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams. Lived experience with mental health or substance use conditions is required, along with obtaining CRSS certification within 12 months.

Provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan, including screening, diagnosis clarification, risk assessment, and evaluations for youth residential placement. Interprets clinical interviews, testing, and collateral information; develops diagnostic impressions and recommendations; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams; and completes compliant evaluation reports.

Leads crisis and access-to-care programs operating 24/7/365, supervising managers and clinical staff, coordinating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting hiring and training, conducting case reviews, and maintaining community partnerships. Provides direct client care when needed and guides crisis assessment, intervention, counseling, case management, and discharge planning across call center, urgent care, crisis observation, and mobile crisis services.

Provides on-site first-line IT support for computers, software, networking, telephones, and other technologies. Responsibilities include resolving and documenting help desk requests, installing software and patches, maintaining licensing records, coordinating vendors, supporting HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance, training users, and assisting with system implementations and upgrades.

Leads and supervises community-based behavioral health programs, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, client engagement, recovery outcomes, and staff well-being. Oversees directors and managers, evaluates performance data, supports program development and grants, drives quality improvement, represents the organization in statewide initiatives, and collaborates with executives on strategy and expansion.
