Manages HR infrastructure, policies, employee records, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, equipment coordination, and limited invoice administration. The role develops scalable processes, ensures employment compliance, supports employee relations, coordinates hiring activities, and maintains HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems for a remote, multi-state workforce.
