Lead end-to-end technology projects and technical workstreams across planning, governance, delivery, testing, implementation, go-live, transition and closure. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams across locations. Translate business and technical requirements, ensure architecture, security and data-protection compliance, coordinate assurance and readiness activities, and provide clear reporting. Apply predictive, agile or hybrid delivery methods while improving project standards and responsibly using AI and emerging technologies.

The Business Development Manager will support the Disputes and Finance practices in Singapore by leading pitches, proposals, cross-practice initiatives, client development, CRM programs, and thought leadership campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, profile raising, market growth, partner support, and collaboration with regional and global Business Development teams to strengthen the firm’s presence across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Supports the General Counsel and Risk team through legal research, regulatory monitoring, compliance training, in-house legal advice, disputes and claims support, governance, company secretarial work, insurance renewals, policy and database management, and administrative tasks.
