Perform AML/CDD checks, sanctions and PEP screening, client risk assessments, beneficial ownership research, advise stakeholders on routine financial crime queries, and coordinate CDD with matter teams and New Business Intake.

Support the Australian Conflicts team by performing conflict checks, opening matters, maintaining register entries, researching client ownership structures, managing information barriers globally, and assisting with intake projects and administrative tasks.

Provide legal advice on conflicts of interest, confidentiality and information barriers; manage securities trading approvals, sanctions and AML compliance; draft and review conflicts-related provisions and firm policies; liaise with partners and practice leads on new matters; deliver training and guidance on professional responsibility and risk issues.
