Lead full-stack development for an AI-native insurance product, owning features from concept to production. Build frontend and backend systems, integrate and orchestrate LLMs and ML models, improve internal developer tooling and CI/CD, collaborate with brokers and customer teams to iterate on AI-driven workflows, and scale the platform across carriers and lines of business.

Own Herald's Placement System end-to-end: ensure connectivity health, manage new carrier integrations from scoping to launch, triage technical and business integration issues, handle product configuration and producer onboarding, negotiate roadmap and change management with carriers, and identify AI-driven/agentic automation opportunities to improve monitoring, triage, and partner workflows.

As a Software Engineer for Babbix, you'll design and build AI-driven features, improve developer experience, and collaborate with clients to enhance the insurance submission process.
