The Infrastructure Support Engineer provides IT support across nine sites, manages onboarding/offboarding, maintains servers and cloud services, and documents support procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals; fulfill supply requests; perform cycle counts and audits; receive and inspect shipments; use inventory systems to track stock; ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency preparedness.

Manage receipt, storage, invoicing, dispatch and organization of stock at the Dublin office. Place purchase orders, perform weekly cycle counts and biannual full counts, support Service and Equipment Sales teams with stock control and availability, maintain store cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
