Builds strategic account plans, develops new business, manages territory growth, and establishes relationships with physicians, lab directors, and administrators. Provides consultative guidance on CLIA compliance, reimbursement, workflow optimization, instrument placements, and reagent rental agreements. Requires extensive territory travel and collaboration across sales teams.
