Owns the vision, architecture, roadmap, and delivery of go-to-market business systems supporting marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash processes. Advises senior stakeholders, manages releases and tool strategy, leads Product Owners and Administrators, and ensures scalable Salesforce-centered systems, reliable data, and integrated lead-to-cash workflows.

Manage and optimize marketing automation programs across Marketo and Salesforce, including campaign builds, QA, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, attribution, data governance, reporting, and troubleshooting. Partner with demand generation, product marketing, RevOps, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance through testing and scalable processes. Create SOPs, playbooks, and templates to support consistent program execution.

Leads and mentors data engineering teams while remaining hands-on with technical execution. Responsibilities include designing and operating large-scale data platforms, pipelines, integrations, APIs, streaming and batch processing, and high-volume analytics environments. The manager partners with Product and senior leadership on strategy, removes delivery roadblocks, recruits and develops talent, and advances engineering practices, reliability, security, compliance, and scalability. The role is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel.
