Leads Henry Schein One’s dental channel partnerships function, setting strategy, organizational structure, budget, revenue targets, and multi-year growth plans. Builds and manages teams, develops consultant referral channels, recruits and oversees technology partners, manages lead flow and partner performance, and negotiates partnership agreements with Strategy and Legal. The role requires deep dental industry knowledge, commercial expertise, executive influence, data fluency, and experience scaling partnership or referral programs.

Lead enterprise IT incident response, coordinating cross-functional teams, communications, escalations, documentation, root-cause analysis, trend reporting, and post-incident improvements. The role manages high-impact incidents, proactively addresses operational risks, mentors teams, improves ITSM workflows, and uses AI tools to enhance incident documentation and analysis. Requires 5+ years of IT incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, ITSM and observability tools experience, cloud and infrastructure familiarity, change-management knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Lead architecture and development for dental payments, billing, financial workflows, and electronic claims in a large Windows application. Own transaction correctness, payment integrations, reliability, testing, production troubleshooting, and modernization from native C++ to layered C#. Collaborate across product, QA, support, compliance, and engineering while setting technical direction, coordinating long-term roadmaps, and mentoring engineers.
