Designs scalable, highly available software, modernizes legacy services, improves reliability and performance, establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, leads architecture and design reviews, and resolves complex distributed-systems challenges. Partners across Product and Engineering to drive technical strategy, continuous improvement, and cloud-first initiatives.

Own the technical vision, architecture, and hands-on development of enterprise go-to-market systems centered on Salesforce. Lead complex integrations, data architecture, custom solutions, and tool implementations while setting technical standards and guiding architects, administrators, and developers. Advise business systems leadership on roadmaps, prioritization, and tradeoffs; improve quoting speed, data quality, process efficiency, and scalability across marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash operations.

Leads a 20-person Customer Experience and Strategic Execution organization overseeing executive escalations, customer recovery, journey mapping, HyperCare, root-cause elimination, CX metrics, strategic PMO governance, AI-enabled productivity, planning, budgeting, and talent development. Partners across Product, Technology, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve retention, onboarding, service quality, and strategic initiative execution. Reports to the VP of Operations and may interact with the Board.
