Supports clinical and human-subject research studies by coordinating participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, consent, visits, specimen collection, documentation, regulatory compliance, and data management. Maintains study records and databases, monitors data quality, assists with adverse event reporting and audit preparation, coordinates with investigators and clinical teams, and communicates with participants, sponsors, and research staff.

Provides patient care, safety, comfort, and emergency support under RN supervision in a medical-surgical oncology hospital setting. Assists with care planning and implementation, completes required education, and follows established procedures and team standards. Requires a high school diploma plus nurse assistant, nursing, medical assistant, or equivalent relevant preparation. BLS certification is required during orientation; CNA certification is preferred.
